Activating your device
How device-based activation works and what you need before you start.
This guide describes the general steps. Exact menu names and screenshots will be added when the app is released, and may differ slightly between devices.
How activation works
KlyroPlayer is activated per device. Each activation is linked to the device identifier that the app displays on screen.

Open KlyroPlayer on your device
Install the app from an official source listed on the Downloads page, then open it.

Note the device identifier
The app displays the identifier for that device. Write it down exactly as shown. Every character matters.

Use the activation page
Enter the identifier on klyroplayer.com/activate to check its status and see the available next step.

Restart or refresh the app
Once the activation service confirms the device is active, reopen the app so it can pick up the new status.
Before you start
- Activation of the player is separate from any content subscription. Activating KlyroPlayer does not give you channels or media.
- Activation options and prices will be published when confirmed.
- The online activation service isn't live yet. The activation page says so until it is.
