What is KlyroPlayer?
A media player. You add your own M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login, and KlyroPlayer gives you live TV with a program guide, film and series libraries, favorites, parental controls, and catch-up where your source supports it.
Does KlyroPlayer include channels or a subscription?
No. It's a player only. It doesn't include, sell or provide channels, films, series, playlists or content subscriptions.
You need your own source, and you need to have the rights to what you add.
How does activation work?
KlyroPlayer is paid and activated per device. Each activation is linked to the MAC address the app shows on screen, and you use that address on the activation page.
Prices and the online activation service haven't launched yet. The activation page says clearly whether it's live.
Which devices will it run on?
It's being built for Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android phones and tablets, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, iPhone and iPad, and Windows and macOS.
Each platform is confirmed separately. The Devices page shows where each one stands.
How do I add an M3U playlist?
In the app, choose to add a playlist, pick M3U, then enter the link your provider gave you and a name for it. KlyroPlayer loads the channels and groups in it.
Step-by-step screenshots will be added when the app is released.
How do I log in with Xtream Codes?
Pick the Xtream Codes option when adding a playlist and enter the server address, username and password from your provider. Only your provider can give you these or reset them.
What's an EPG?
Electronic Program Guide: the on-screen TV schedule showing what's on now and next. KlyroPlayer shows the guide data your playlist source provides, so how complete it is depends on that source.
Does catch-up work with every playlist?
No. It only works on channels where your source keeps an archive, and on supported devices. If a channel has no archive, there's nothing to replay.
Can I use more than one playlist?
Yes. Add as many M3U or Xtream Codes sources as you like and switch between them in the app.
How do parental controls work?
Choose the categories to lock and set a PIN. Locked categories need the PIN to open. Categories come from your source, so the lock follows how your source labels things.
How do I contact support?
Support contact details will be on the Contact page as soon as they're set up. Until then, the setup guides cover the common questions.
Where do I download KlyroPlayer?
Only from the links on our Downloads page. No official links have been published yet, so each platform currently says "Official download link coming soon".
Copies of the app on other websites aren't ours.
What if my device can't be activated?
First check the MAC address matches the app exactly. If it still fails, contact support with that address and your device model once support is available.
The terms for failed activations will be published with the activation options.
