Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of the KlyroPlayer website and, once released, the KlyroPlayer application.
KlyroPlayer hasn't launched commercially yet. Sections that depend on decisions still to be made, such as payment, pricing and refunds, say so, and this page will be updated before they apply.
1. About KlyroPlayer
KlyroPlayer is a media-player application provided by the operator of KlyroPlayer. It provides player functionality only: it lets you play and organize content from sources that you configure yourself.
2. No content is included
KlyroPlayer does not include, host, sell or distribute any channels, movies, series, playlists or content subscriptions, unless explicitly stated in a separate, verified product agreement. Any content you access through the application comes from third-party sources that you choose and configure.
3. Your responsibility for content
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to access any content you configure in KlyroPlayer. You must not use the application to access, reproduce or distribute content in violation of copyright or any other law. We may refuse or end access for use that breaks these terms.
4. Third-party sources and features
Availability, quality and accuracy of streams, program guide (EPG) data and catch-up archives depend on your content source and on your device. KlyroPlayer is not affiliated with any content provider, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Device activation
KlyroPlayer is paid software that uses device-based activation: an activation is associated with a specific device identifier. The activation options, prices, licence durations, and any trial or refund terms will be published on the activation options page before they apply. No paid activation is offered at the time of writing.
6. Official downloads
Only install KlyroPlayer from the links on the official Downloads page. Copies obtained elsewhere are not supported and may be unsafe.
7. Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to disrupt the website or its services, bypass activation, probe or overload the activation service, or submit false information through its forms.
8. Intellectual property
The KlyroPlayer name, logo, website design and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. Product illustrations on this website are concepts using fictional content.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The website and application are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We will update these terms before introducing paid activation or other changes that affect you, and revise the date at the top of this page.
