This policy explains what information the KlyroPlayer website handles, why, and the choices you have.
KlyroPlayer hasn't launched commercially yet. Sections that depend on decisions still to be made, such as payment, pricing and refunds, say so, and this page will be updated before they apply.
Who is responsible
This website at klyroplayer.com is operated by the operator of KlyroPlayer. Contact details for privacy questions will be published on the Contact page when the official support channel is available.
Information handled by this website
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and the time of the request, so that pages can be delivered and protected against abuse. These providers may also set strictly necessary security cookies.
No analytics or advertising trackers
At the time of writing, this website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and any required consent will be requested.
Device activation lookups
When the activation service is live and you check a device on the activation page, the device identifier you enter is sent to the KlyroPlayer activation service to look up its status. Until that service is connected, the identifier is only checked for correct format inside your browser and is not sent anywhere.
Contact form
When the contact form is enabled, the name, email address, topic, optional device identifier and message you submit are sent to our support system so we can answer you. Until it is enabled, the form is disabled and sends nothing. Please do not include passwords, playlist URLs or payment details in messages.
Payments
No payments are processed on this website at present. If paid activation is introduced, payments will be handled by a dedicated payment provider; this website will not store card details. This section will be updated with the provider's details before payments begin.
The KlyroPlayer application
The application stores the playlists and settings you configure in order to work, and uses the device identifier for activation. A separate notice describing the application's data handling will be published with the official release.
How long information is kept
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided for, such as answering a support request or maintaining an activation record, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise them, use the contact details on the Contact page once published.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change, including before analytics, payments or new services are introduced, and revise the date at the top of the page.
